Definition of the word "tootface"

For those of us that know "certain" people, we have heard of the word "tootface" many many times. For the large bulk of us, we don't even know what it means...and the people whom it originated from also don't exactly know what it means..

Well, one thing for sure it isn't in the dictionary, there isn't even a word "toot" inside..

Well anyway i think i've figured out what it actually means..

TOOT- A deragotary term, usually used to demean someone's intelligence. Loosely used, it is meant to call someone incompetent or silly.

Ways of using : Don't be a toot / you are such a toot / he/she is a toot.

FACE - I'm very lazy to define this word...primarily because everyone knows what a face is...

So what does tootface mean?? I shall try to define it..

TOOTFACE- It is an affectionate term, only used on friends. It is not meant as an insult, rather something you use to poke fun of someone. It undeniably sounds childish, something we would use in primary school. But its usage is getting more and more rampant.

Ways of using : Michelle is a tootface / chelsea is a tootface / jacinta is a tootface
