FIRST CELL..
Had my first cell today, was at Francis house. It was really nice actually. Most were very familiar faces. Crystal TAY was there as well, fighting off speculation that she is pregnant.Heh. I really look forward to having a good cell, with everyone getting along and everyone making an effort to get to know each other better, myself included.
Drove my friend's 600 horsepower RX-7 today. Its absolutely undrivable. The twin plate clutch is so sensitive. Its either out..or its in. Making it way too easy to stall. Needless to say, its very quick but I think I couldn't live with it for more than a week.
River cruise tom..have to force myself to sleeeep.

LEAVING SINGAPORE
By the time anyone reads this, I should be back in Perth. I had a fabulous holiday back home and meeting up with so many old friends and all. Great food and good company is more than anything I can ask for. But well, all good things must come to an end and now i'm faced with another tough tough tough semester.
But I'll be back in Singapore in November anyway, its not really that far away. Quite weird though, I was very indifferent about going back to Singapore. BUT now, I actually can't bear to leave.
Anyway I'll post more photos of my hols at a later date.
Cya in NOV ppl in Singapore...

I HATE DRIVING IN SINGAPORE.
These few days, I've been going to SIMLIM square to assemble my desktop to bring back to Perth (for you non-sg ppl, SIMLIM is a place where they deal with electronics). The traffic has been absolutely appalling. Even in my agile little MX-5, there is a limit to how much i can duck and weave in-between traffic.
THEREFORE...
I have classified the kinds of drivers on Singapore road that I have encountered.
MERCEDES DRIVERS- They have no notion of their own lanes, they tend to drive like they own the road and tend to drive on the line. In severe cases at night, they will drive in-between two lanes. They feel they dominate the roads. This is why the mercedes badge always gets stolen.
AH BENG HONDA CIVICS( Mid 90s hatch model)- Looking at them, initiates a drag race, staring at them, initiates an F1 style race, and giving them the finger, initiates road rage. When you overtake them, you must overtake them gently..if you do it too suddenly, they will downshift and come after you with a flurry of hokkien vulgarities.
TAXI DRIVERS- The legends of BAD driving. They never signal, never give way and can cut 3 lanes, just to pick someone up. They have no fear and no remorse. If you challange them riding a motobike..they will swerve and bang you down. Some say they prowl the streets at night, looking for victims to bully on the road. Favourite haunts include petrol stations and coffee shops.
AND....THE CHAMPIONS OF BAD DRIVING (no no..its not women)
MALAYSIAN TAXIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY COME TO SINGAPORE IN FLEETS AND THEY CUT ME OFF WHEN I WAS GOING SIMLIM, almost causing an accident...
My NEW ENEMY is...the PROTON WIRA...

My Holidays...
So far its been great to be back in Singapore. The food has been great and there's sun, so I can get a tan..haha. I don't feel like going back to Perth, I always get this feeling..
I don't mind Perth but Sg is HOME, and HOME is irreplacable. No matter how one person can adapt to a different enviroment, he/she will always be the most comfortable in their original enviroment.
Its so different..
Life is so different now, then when it was a few years back..
things come so much clearer to me now...
Home is where the heart is..
