EXAMS LOOM!!!!!

Well, I've been camping out at the labs for a couple of nights now. I must say I don't regret going down because I actually got alot done, despite the presence of many friends. The people that are usually here are........Marcus, Ming Choon, Charlyn, Felica, Alvin, Andrew, Joey, Lynn.....well thats quite alot actually, heh.

I have one paper on the 14th of nov and my second one is on th 18th and for personal reasons, I'm not going to reveal when I'll be going back to Singapore. Haha, its a surprise for my friends who are back home..

My driving has improved so much since I started driving in Perth. I hope I don't lose what I learnt when i go back to Singapore and start driving autos again..haha..

STRESS

This semester really challanged my will-power and resolve, I really wish I could have done alot better, and I should have. I don't know why, but as the semesters fly by, my resolve gets weaker and weaker. My will starts to fade...the changing point was probably last semester

I had two presentations and two assignments due that day, running around school, trying to do everything, really killed my love of learning. I think i suffered permernant brain damage that day.

This sem, just dragged my feet all the way. During one of my group projects, I felt I didn't contribute as much as I should, which was sad. But it really woke me up to reality, that if I'm going to graduate unscathed..I need better attitude to my studies..I can't depend on other people to help me through.

Well, I'm not depressed haha..but I'm going thru abit of a mental slump as of late. I really need something to inject fire and passion into me again. I know i'm getting abit old (although Dex and some other ppl might dispute this), but I'm gonna charge all the way until the end of sem

OK..After Passion Leaders Training (PLT) I was at vic park Mcdonalds with Ben, Zhengyi, Sheryl, Jack, David and Charlyn. Some how or rather, we got into the topic of history. What some of the two girls said, really cracked me up. Here's what some of what Sheryl and Charlyn said...

Charlyn : Eh..didn't China take back Hong Kong by force??

Sheryl : I think Hong Kong was under Mao Zedong right??

Charlyn : Did the British colonise all its countries during world war two?

Sheryl : What? you mean there are actually TWO George Bush's??

Sheryl : Singapore is sort of independant right?? (yeah at least for the past forty years)

Zhengyi : No lah! World War Two is Japanese what! World War One then is Germans!

Sheryl : Didn't Isaac Newton invent the light bulb? (actually, he discovered gravity)

Sheryl : Who won the Vietnam war? Was it the Japanese? (dun think they were even involved can)

Sheryl : You mean pirates today actually carry guns ah? Do they look for treasure?

When asked which country coorporated with Germany besides Japan in WW2..Sheryl replied : AMERICA!! LOL

All the guys had a good laugh..

Great..I just got a flat tyre today

Now i have to drive around with a spare tyre that is bright yellow in colour..

Why was there a nail on the road? I guess I will never know..

Could it be GOD is punishing me for speeding? No no cannot be...I rarely speed.

Spare tyre sucks...its so thin..and I have to drive carefully..
